3. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma to communicate design concepts and ideas.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience.
5. Creating design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital products and platforms.
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design and Figma.
7. Working closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
8. Providing guidance and mentorship to other designers on the team, and participating in design critiques and reviews.
9. Presenting design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, including senior executives and clients.
